Winter Mosaic Weekend - mirrors and panels
During this workshop you will have the choice of a round or square 20cm framed mirror to create a beautiful and unique mosaic item for your home.

About the event
We will work with recycled ceramics (you are welcome to bring in any ceramics pieces of your own to add a personal touch), and soft, muted toned unglazed ceramic tiles. You will be guided step by step through the process of planning, design guidance, safety, cutting techniques, and placing/gluing your pieces. An alternative option of a small panel will be provided if you prefer not to make a mirror.
You have the option of booking the afternoon session if you want to grout and finish your mosaic mirror, in addition to working on another small mosaic panel or shape.
If you do not wish to book the afternoon session, I can provide you with full grouting instructions and grout to take home to complete your mirror.
Please bring an apron and wear old clothes and closed toe shoes as we will be cutting glass and ceramic.
